	Foundations
	The foundations comprise reinforced concrete, on top of which is laid damp course and wall tied brickwork
	Steel Framework
	A steel framework is erected off the foundations to give maximum strength

	Roof
	The roof is fully tiled over weatherboard and felting layers
	Brickwork
	The outer brickwork is cavity wall with insulated foam boards on the internal stud walls
	Ceilings
	Ceilings are made up of plasterboard over suspended aluminium frames
	Plasterwork
	Plasterboard and ornamental coving, completes the finishing touch prior to decoration
